Teaching approach:	First, be aware of the level of your student. I can teach them at the level suitable for them. Try to not waste their time by teaching too much simple things that they have already known or too difficult things that are much beyond their understanding . Secondly, interaction for learning a new language is the most important thing, which means that students are supposed to be encouraged to speak as much as they can. Class time is actually their show time! Thirdl y, each time,review something taught last time, which could enhance their acquirement for the language. Ho wever, using different ways to teach related to student's different personality and different requirement. Being vivid and flexible.
