Language is a tool for communication and understanding . I believe that using natural, "authentic" language from the real world as a model is the best way to support learning.
I also believe motivated learners are successful learners, and that it is the job of a teacher to support motivation and self-sufficie ncy. Motivation is also affected by the beliefs that the language learner has about themself. As a teacher, I will always encourage my students and be their biggest cheerleader! |
