Hello. I'm here to learn about other cultures and languages. I started learning Korean a while ago but am still just a beginner. I'm a Christian who loves animals, art, and music. I like nature, just as much as I like gaming. I'm open to talking about almost any subject in English, so feel free to contact me.

Hello! My name is Cordelia. Currently I am in North Charleston, SC, until I get moved to a new location. I am half-Japanese. My mother is a Japanese immigrant, and I was born and raised in the US. My mother taught me only a very small amount of Japanese--mostly giving my brother and I commands lok so, I learned Japanese a while ago in college. I am at about an upper beginner to lower intermediate level. I can read and write (though Kanji are my weakness), and speak with a fairly minimal American accent, thanks to having listened to spoken Japanese every day of my life.
I was working on a master's degree in Linguistics with a focus on teaching ESL, and a minor in Japanese. I put all that on hold to join the Navy, which is what I am doing now!
I am married, and without human children but I have a four-pawed fur baby!
I absolutely love Japan, and studying Japanese. I would love to connect with other Japanese people and Japanese language learners, so that I may keep my skills up wherever I go, and be able to share my love of Japan with others who understand what an amazing country and culture it is!
