I’m learning French because I think it’s such a beautiful language. I want to visit Europe someday and be able to communicate well. I enjoy cafes, shopping, hiking, snowshoeing, painting, music, and art.

Hello, I go by Dave. I am interested in learning Tagalog. I want to learn a new language since it is fun and good for the brain. I have started the rosetta stone courses and would like to supplement that with conversation. I am also happy to help people learn English. In the past, I was a TEFL-certified teacher. Still certified, just haven't been teaching.
I am interested in talking about just about anything. My hobby is woodworking, and I also love talking about my kids. Travel is another good topic. I have done a lot of travelling and I love to hear about other peoples experiences and share my own.

I am passionate about language and travel. It would be cool to play League of Legends with someone and practice language exchange through a shared passion (gaming). It would also be nice to just meet up, video chat, for immersion language learning. I love poetry, music, reading, and good food.

Hello, I am SCFA8G or aka Brandon =]. I am from the U.S., I have come here to learn the analysis of how Japanese Penpals work. Let me tell you more about myself. I come from the U.S., however my original hometown is in Asia. I have half Japanese, half Chinese and half Philippines so I hope Bruce Lee will mind that hahaha :). I have come to see what it is like to have an 1:1 communication through Japanese Penpal writing and see how well it will go from there. This is only temeporary thing so it will not last long. Hope to hear back soon. Thank you very much =].

I studied Spanish in school for 6 years in junior and senior high schools. I spent some time in Spain many years back trying to improve my Spanish. I also did some written Spanish translation for work for several years. But then for many years, my Spanish speaking went latent. I'm trying to revive it. I went to Cuba and Mexico this past year and plan to go to Cuba again this year. I would like to become fluent in Spanish. I have traveled to 25 countries and love other cultures and peoples. I also have worked in the mental health field but am not a therapist. I currently live in beautiful Colorado. I lived in the Philippines for 8 years as well.

I spent 18 months in Brazil learning Portuguese and fell in love with the language but also the process of learning languages. I am fascinated with how connected the culture and the language of a country are connected.
I live in the US where there are MANY spanish speakers, especially in the charities I work with. I feel a duty and extreme desire to learn Spanish. I also want to turn my Portuguese into an advanved level.
I currently am an online ESL teacher for chinese students.
My ultimate goal is to be a translator (writing and speaking) for these two languages.

I am very into Korean music which is why I want to learn this language. I write music myself and feel as though learning another language from a culture where music is its own language would be very helpful to me! I love to sing, rap, and dance.
