My first room-mates were from Seoul, South Korea and Osaka, Japan. I loved listening to them when they would speak in Korean and Japanese and I loved listening when they would compare words in the two languages. They initiated/encour aged my passion for really learning and becoming fluent, and opened up a whole new world of Music, Anime, Dramas, and Movies. Within the next year, my biggest dream of getting to travel to both of these wonderful countries will be coming true and I would like to be able to be able to speak with people there without causing too much trouble. ^_^ I would love to one day be fluent in both of these languages.
