Hello to whoever is reading this. My name is Michael and I am from California United States. Heads up, I know zero Arabic, though I do know some about the grammar and alphabet, so I have a lot to learn. I am a Christian and want to learn Arabic so I can translate Christian material, specifically on Bible prophecy, into Arabic for the Muslim parts of the world. I know English well, being a native speaker, and would be interested in helping anybody that wants to learn English. On hobbies to talk about, I enjoy, history, baking, physics, and farming, but I would be interesting in discussing many other things as well.

Hello, I am from the San Francisco Bay Area but I will be living in Ukiah, CA when I return from Sweden. I visit Sweden often. I have found that although it is no trouble to speak to younger people I would like to speak to older people also. To do this it seems I should learn the language. I have a small working knowledge of svenska presently but I am always hoping to learn and practice more. I love talking about anything art, music, cars, theology, daily life or whatever.

Hi, my name is Katherine and I have been studying French for 12 years. I studied abroad in France in 2010, and was an English Teaching Assistant from 2012-2013. Since then I haven't practiced much and I am worried about losing my French. I can understand quite well and try to practice by reading or watching tv/movies but I never write and haven't had much opportunity to speak it since I left France.
I live in Northern California with my husband, my dog, and my guinea pigs. I teach Kindergarten at a local elementary school. For fun, I like to read, nap, and knit. I love to travel! My husband and I travel whenever we can.
