Email Exchange of Language and Cultures (Penpals)

A language exchange with a pen pal from Bordentown is an excellent way to make a friend from Bordentown, learn about its culture and improve your foreign language skills.

This type of exchange is suitable for language learners of all skill levels, even beginners. Because you have a common goal to help each other learn while discussing common interests, you are likely to make meaningful friendships.

¡Hola! I’m a 17 year old English-native student and I’d really like to improve my Spanish speaking and help someone else learn English. I’m a beginner, but I’m dedicated to learning quickly. I enjoy philosophy, literature, music and (of course) meme-ing. 🫂 translate

I am a 63 year old college professor here in the USA who teaches a course about the early childhood philosophy of education of Reggio Emilia. I have studied Italian through various courses, books, etc.. While I am NOT an Italian, I have been to Italy 14 times. I love the culture, the people---what's not to love? I feel that I can create sentences/questi ons, read some basic Italian, but my main area of concern is being able to understand someone when they speak to me. It just seems too quick to comprehend, so I really need this practice! I hope to find someone who would enjoy sharing this experience with me! Ciao for now! translate
