Hello, I am currently working on reconstructive linguistics regarding old east norse of about the 10th century, and study a lot of texts and sources in most every scandinavian language that stems from old norse. The deeper my understanding of these languages the better able I will be to complete my work, and i would be thrilled to speak with native speakers who may have a deeper understanding of the connotations of words that a dictionary might not perfectly capture.

My name is Jessica and I live in the United States. I fell in love with Korean music and dramas a few years ago. While subtitles and translations are all well and good, I'd like to be able to skip the middle man (and times where they paraphrase or rephrase things) and just be able to understand it for myself. I'd love to learn more about Korean culture, as well. I'd be more than happy to share my knowledge of the English language (as I also try to always speak and write with proper grammar). Feel free to contact me as an American pen pal!

I am currently a senior in highschool and, for an interest, I would very much like to learn to speak another language other than my native language. The foreign language classes offered at my school are none that I wish to take, so I was hoping that I could learn from here.
