I am a beginner in both languages.(I am fluent in Spanish and English)
I wish to learn Korean, Japanesse and Maderine (eventually. I am a Marketing major and currently those three languages correspond with the three of the leading countries in manufacturing .
I'll be honest Im a fast learner and I pick up grammer quickly, and I learned to read some German and understand some when you speak it to me but the conversationa l part is really hard for me. Since it was hard for me in German I expect that it might be the same with Korean and Japanese.
Im starting classes again in January (full time) and I work work thirty hours a week. So my Lesson would be best if one was on the weekend (in person) and two via email/msn in the evenings, I can use my breaks at work to study and at night.
In my teacher Im looking for someone patient, I tend to ask a million questions until Im sure I understood it perfectly.
S omeone who my lessons have to mean as much to them as they do to me. Someone respectful, and I tend to get along better with people who are my senor verses someone closer to me age (I tend to feel shy) Lesson would be for me although my sister has expressed an interest in learning as well.

Dear Future Teacher in Houston,
I work for Lufthansa airlines in Germany, and am being sent to work in Moscow for six months beginning at the end of January. As such, I would like to learn as many of the basics of the Russian language as possible before I go. I will be in Houston visiting my parents in Houston from December 21 until around January 10. I would very much like the opportunity to learn beginner Russian from one of you in an 'intensive' style format. To date, I have no experience with the Russian language.
I am a native English speaker, but now speak fluent German after living in Germany for two years. I understand that Russian is quite different but believe I can make good progress given an experienced teacher.
I look forward to hearing from one or several of you regarding an 'intensive' course in late December and/or early January. The exact duration can be determined later, preferably with your input.
In the meantime, please contact me via email. Please forgive in advance should I take more than one day to respond, as I am currently on vacation and have only sporadic access to email. In your email, please include your phone number so that I can call you once I get back to Germany on December 4.

I am from the US and very interested in learning the Hindi language. I have travelled to India several times and plan to return later this year. I believe it would be both helpful and make for a more interesting visit if I were to be able to converse in basic Hindi. I have little or no knowledge of the language at this point but do have some study materials at my disposal. I work for an airline and have a rather unpredictable work schedule, so it would probably be best for me to find a private tutor who would have some flexibility as far as scheduling classes.
