I am somewhat of a beginner at japanese, i can

We have been living in Romania for two years and have studied some Romanian. We will be returning to the states in the fall and would like to keep up to date with our skills. To Whom it may concern,
I have always had an interest in Asian cultures, Korean and Japanese in particular.
I am very much a beginner, having not had lessons in either language.
My interest in learning this/these language/s is for personal growth. I am also planning to visit both countries in the next 2 years.
My schedule can afford one or two days a week on lessons, currently.
I seek to learn not only the language/s but also much about the culture/s ie: Customs (family,socia l etc), Cuisine, Propper Etiquette in social situations as well as spirituality/ mythology.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review my profile. I truly look forward to learning about these lovely cultures and languages.
