I am a beginner, and I have the Pimsleur C.D.'s,which I know a lot of Romanians don't like. I can say some things, but cant spell that well. I am learning because I know how good it is for the brain!I also have a fear, and love, for the good Count D. I would love to visit Romania,see the castles,and enjoy the history.As a new student, I will need help with all parts of speech, and will study hard! I will study at least an hour a day, and probably much more. I like a teacher who can help someone who wants to learn!

Greetings. My goal is to become more proficient in the German language.
My proficiency level is somewhat between advanced beginner & intermediate. I took German classes throughout middle school & high school but that was over 20 years ago.
I would like to learn better German because this language interests me & it is where my ancestors came from.
I suppose I need improvement in all areas, but being able to speak it well & fluidly is my main goal.
I would like to dedicate an hour every one or two weeks, depending on the costs involved.

My name is Daniel Venne. In 1975 I lived with a family in Sweden for a year as a forign exchange student. At that time I learned the language pretty well. I am currently learning Spanish, which I can read, write, and understand rather well, as well as French (I'm not very proficient yet) in school, and performing rather well in both, as well as learning Latin in my spare time. I have also taken a course on Mandarin, but dropped it after deciding I had no interest in learning it. I'm interested in learning, above all, Arabic and Icelandic. I would also like to learn German and Finnish alternatively . If it helps any, I find that when learning a language, I find I learn a language faster the faster I learn its grammar, and I tend to pick up vocabulary very quickly. I do not have a ridiculously busy life at the moment, so I am willing to do lessons as quickly as the teacher desires.

Hello: I am interested in learning Chinese Mandarin. I am a beginner. My first language is Spanish, but I am fluent in English. I want to learn how to speak and write Chinese Mandarin. I am more interested in communication , of course. I would like to start as soon as possible and I have a very flexible schedule. I don't mine if I share the class with other students, because I know a private class it is too expensive for my budget, but I really want to learn.
