I am a beginner. I want to learn Italian because I want to move there and live and get a job. My main focus would be conversation but due to the fact I want to live there writing and reading are important. I would like to meet once a week but am willing to put extra effort into it if it makes me learn the language more quickly. I am beginner level. I have had some basic classes in the language. I am familiar with Pinyin. I am interested in learning Mandarin to meet new friends and possibly someday travel to China. I am pretty good at learning to speak and my pronounciatio n is good. But I feel I need practice in conversation to gain improvement in understanding when spoken to by native speakers. I would like to dedicate at least one or two days a week for an hour or two of learning and practice.
