I am a beginner student in Eastern Armenian, and I am looking for a teacher to help me develop in that dialect. The Armenian community that I am involved with only speaks Western Armenian. I have experienced the language barrier before between Eastern and Western dialects, and I would like to practice in the Eastern dialect before doing research in Armenian.

Both My Parents are from Bulgaria (Sophia). I used to be some what fluent when I was a child. But as I grew, I started to forget. I am 23 years of age. It's really depressing when my mother gets a phone call from her brother. I just wish I could interact with my mom. Thank you for your time.

I am an adult woman with two masters degrees and varied career experience. I have studied French, modern Greek, Arabic and a bit of Italian,but never Spanish, which I would like to rectify. My goal is to be able to engage in correct, practical conversation. (Please note that I can read a fair amount of simple Spanish, based on my French,etc.)I will be a serious, energetic student and would prefer private lessons in my home in the Turtle Creek area of Dallas. Small group lessons are an acceptable alternative, if they are conveniently located. I am flexible in the amount of time I can devote weekly to lessons, and would like to discuss the recommendatio ns of my teacher. I also would prefer a teacher with some flexibility in his or her schedule, as my husband and I travel rather often. A teacher from Costa Rica would be ideal, as we are planning to build a home in that country (note that I said 'ideal', not essential.) I would like to start as soon as possible. Prospective teachers may be assured that I am respectful, honest, and love to laugh--at myself, which I'm sure will come in handy as I struggle to learn a new language.
