My name is Crissy Speer, i'm from san antonio Texas, and I am deaf/hard of hearing. I met a great guy from swedish and we will be living soon together. he promised me he will learn sign language if i learn swedish. I dont know much on swedish .. lol only words i know is lyckosam flicka .... and god natt. hej =D and.... thats it lol. I am a full time student and i'm at a 3.657 gpa. I would like to know swedish so I can understand my boyfriend's ffamily when we go meet. at first i would like to learn how to write it out and understand it by writing it. Since i am hard of hearing. Once I know the language by reading it. and writing it, then I would like to learn how to speak it. I dont really need help speaking it. But I would like help reading and writing it. I dont have a lot of money, but I am willing to learn and I can pay, just dont understand the pound you gives per 60 mins. i only know $ =D.

Hello,
My name is Ashley Zulovitz and I am a senior at Temple University. My major is Religion with a minor in Philosophy. I spent this past summer in Dhrangadhra, Gujurat. I am in love with India and everything about it (good and bad) and I want to become fluent in Gujarati and Hindi (but I figure I'll go one at a time, instead of simultaneousl y). When I graduate, I would like to go into the field of 'religious tourism' (relatively new field). Being fluent in these languages will help me immensely.
While I was in Gujurat, I began learning just basic vocabulary words and simple phrases. Since I really want to absorb the language, I was hoping to maybe 'meet' twice a week, maybe more, maybe less. I know not many people can teach Gujarati so I will be very flexible.
