I am interested in learning ancient Greek. I would be interested in individual tuition or a class. The goal of my studies is to be able to read and translate ancient Greek prose.
I would describe myself as a beginner. I studied Greek, briefly, in High School 20 years ago. Last year I started taking a class locally but, unfortunately , the class folded after 8 sessions because of low attendance. I am keen to find another way of continuing the studies which I so briefly began. I work full time (in a completely unrelated field) so lessons would need to be in the evening or at the weekend.

I am learning Albanian because I am engaged to an Albanian man who I have lived with for the past 4 years. I feel that I am at an intermediate level with conversationa l Albanian. I am a beginner in the Bengali language. I have learned 2 times previously in Calcutta, India but am interested in becoming more fluent. I enjoy traveling in and out of India and desire to become a better speaker in Bengali. I am willing to dedicate 2 times a week or say 4 hours a week with the tutor learning the language..whi ch doesn't include my study of Bengali at home. The qualities I am looking for in my Bengali tutor is that they would be patient with me because I really have a passion to learn...somet imes it will just take me time!
