Re ason for learning foreign languages: I enjoy traveling, and learning about other cultures, and I love teaching. I have a master's degree in TESOL. I would like to be able to master other languages beside English and Spanish.
I need special improvement in conversation.
About amount of time that I would dedicate depends a lot on distance to place of learning. I live in Miami Lakes. If I were able to find a teacher of Italian in my neighborhood, I would easily take two or three lessons weekly.
Qu alities I look for in a teacher: knowledge, methodology, interactivity , creativity and love for teaching languages.

My native language is English, but my parents are from Afghanistan and my profiency in Farsi is advanced. I speak Dari but when I here Iranian farsi I can only understand 35-45% of it. I cannot read or write in Farsi either, my skills are primarily oral. I am also fairly strong in Spanish.

I am interested in learning several languages, but for now I'll focus on two.
Spani sh is essential to interacting with people in a day-to-day basis. I have taken courses in the past, but know no spanish speakers. Not knowing Spanish has become a barrier to communicating with a lot of people in my area.
I am a beginner, learning from Pimsleur Swedish Level 1. Scandinavian languages sound beautiful, and they are a challenge. I was tutored in Danish at my previous job, and have a Danish accent when speaking Swedish. I would like this corrected.
I need a teacher who is willing to record sounds on a voice recorder so I may practice pronunciation at home. They must be patient. I am a slow learner. I can meet most Saturdays. Grammar comes easily, but hearing and speaking are more difficult. I'd like to focus on hearing, speaking and pronunciation .
