I feel that I am at the intermediate level. I want to learn because I think latin culture is beautiful. I feel that I need assistance in grammar and fluency/conve rsation. I have taught myself sign language as well and have progressed beyond the point that bokks can take me in spanish. I would like to dedicate as much time as possible to learning.

I am currently a graduate student in International Studies in Chicago. I am very interested in learning Croatian, as my grandmother is Croatian, and is something I have always wanted to do. I have very little background in Croatian, and would require beginner lessons.

My proficiency level is beginner, and I am inetersted in learning Swahili because I am interested in taking a trip to Tanzania, Africa next year for about 6 months to possibly start a new life and would really like to speak their native language and be able to communicate and understand them but the basis for me wanting to learn is because I have just simply taken a strong interest in learning Swahili I think it is an absolutely beautiful language and I am willing to dedicate any time that I am not working to learn the language. I am looking for a teacher that is first patient although I am a very smart person who learns quickly and listens well, and that they know not only the educated words of Swahili so to speak but also general, everyday terms.

My husband and I would like to learn Chinese. He works with his office in China regularly. I am a realtor and have a couple of Chinese clients.
W e are both beginnings with no prior knowledge of Mandarin. Basically, we would like to learn conversationa l Mandarin.
If my husband and I were to have classes together, what would be the cost as a couple? We are both beginners. The cost will determine how often our lessons will be.
