I am a beginning Spanish student. I have just returned from Ecuador and spent 3 1/2 weeks in a language school, 5 hours each day, 5 days a week. I am interested in learning Creole because I sponsor a child in Haiti and that is her native language. Within the next few years I plan on visiting her and it would be nice for me to communicate with her. I'm not interested in the grammar aspect of the language - rather I would just like to converse. I want to be able to converse well, so I am willing to spend as much time as needed to learn the language.
Fo r my lessons and or teacher - I just want them to be kind and understanding being that I will be a beginner at the language and I also want them to see me succeed.
