Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to learn Mandarin Chinese because I am Chinese by descent but can only speak the language in a very basic way. I would consider myself to be a beginner. I would like to focus more on conversation but writing and reading would be also great. I work full time, I'm a Mom, very busy but I can dedicate a few hours each week to learning. I am looking for a teacher who's patient and yet firm, and who knows how to teach through simple, elegant methods. Thank you.

I am going to be getting married in India at end of this year. I would love to be able to communicate with my new family. Only a few speak English. It is very important to me that I show my new Indian parents the respect of learning the Hindi language. Please someone help me with this. I love my fiance and his family very much and need to learn at least the basics before marriage so as not to offend anyone.

Hello,
My name is Sharlene, I am actually interested in finding a teacher for my 5yr old son, Jayden. He is half Vietnamese (from his father) and half Trinidadian (from his mother). I really would like him to learn his 2nd language, I only speak English and his father is bilingual but doesn't enforce Jayden learning the Vietnamese language. I am divorced so his father does not live with us which makes it difficult for him to learn the language when he's not around it within the household. I would like to speak with you more about the possibilities of you teaching him further.
