Hi,
My name is Sophia and I have been trying to teach myself Farsi (unsuccessful ly) for many years. I am half Persian (paternal side), but was unfortunate not to be taught the language when I was growing up, due to my father not being home much.
I have an 8 month daughter now and have been speaking all the Farsi I know( which is not a lot!) My father is also speaking Farsi to her, whenever he sees her, which is lovely.
Basically, I now feel the time has come to get some help in learning this language, so that my daughter has a better chance of being able to speak it fluently, but also so that I can have a better relationship with my family, who still live in Iran.

I’m planning on living in Spain and don’t want to end up like many foreigners not able to talk to the locals! I lived in Japan for nine years and can speak Japanese so I’m fairly confident I can learn Spanish too. My name is Erin and I am a 43 year old American who has been living in London for over 20 years. I am a self employed Programme Director with a focus on digital transformatio n and change management.
I made a decision early in life that French would be my second language and I would come back to it when I was ready, and now is the time! I am looking for a private French tutor from 16th - 19th April in Avignon. I am staying with some friends and would like someone to take me out and about in the city and do day to day activities so I can immerse myself in today every day life. I would also like to have some book work and homework to make the most of it.
Furthe r to this, I am currently doing an EMBA at a prestigious university in London and am committed to my education and I am viewing this as a classroom!
