I am hoping to become a proficient Hebrew speaker in terms of everyday conversation. I travel to Israel once or twice a year to visit family and feel it is about time that I actually learnt the language. I attended a class at SOAS about 5 years ago and understand the very basics but continue to be frustrated at my inabilty to have a decent conversation. I am looking for a tutor to come to my home, in SW17, for approx 2 hours per week, preferably on a weekday after 8p.m.
