Gujarati is spoken on my mother's side of the family but because my father is English, she spoke to us in English when we were growing up. I started to take an interest in learning Gujarati about 10 years ago when I felt a real need to learn it and as a result I have taken lessons. However those lessons didn't go further than beginner's stage and I would like to really make some advancement with my gujarati, especially my spoken gujarati.
Preferabl y, I would like to have one class a week and I would very much appreciate a teacher who has an organised and methodical approach to language teaching.

I lived in China for 2 years, but I think I have forgotten nearly all the Mandarin that I learnt. So, I guess I would be a beginner orintermediat e, maybe?
I want to learn, because I may travel back out to China and work in business.
Time-wise, probably 2 hours or so a week, but it depends on how much I can afford!
I want the lessons to be practical and relevant to real life, not just dated text book examples, and an emphasis on speking I think.
