I am a complete beginner with no previous experience of speaking Hungarian. However, I enjoy learning and speaking new languages.
I would like to learn Hungarian as part of learning more about my heritage - my grandparents came from Hungary.
I would like to learn to speak and eventually to write Hungarian too. A good understanding of grammar would be important for both.
I envisage having lessons on a weekly basis but would be prepared to spend additional time doing 'homework' and practising.
I would like to learn by direct method and to have a teacher who can teach in this way. I would expect the teacher to be fluent in Hungarian and to have experience of teaching.

I have recently begun studying Russian, and am therefore very much a beginner.
I view this as an opportunity to broaden my skill base, and would eventually like to combine this with my career as an accountant, to possibly teach accountancy in Russia.
At present, I have studied only the basics, but find the language fascinating. I would like to improve all areas, but would particularly like to hear the spoken word and be instructed on pronunciation .
I can set aside a few hours most evenings and weekends to study. I would benefit from a patient tutor with a structured approach, who gives honest feedback.

Good day,
I am an Indian person wishing to better my Gujarati, which is my home language, but I've never been very proficient in speaking it.
The reason for improving it is to know my mother tongue and also communicate better with my relatives. I need to improve all aspects, conversation, written, vocabulary.
I would like to dedicate about 3 hours a week to it.
The teacher should be friendly, down to earth, easy to understand, have a structured approach to teaching, have suggestions on reading, and should be a native speaker.

I wish to learn Portugese with my small family a group of 4 myself and partner and 2 young girls. We are planning on requlary visiting Portugal with the aim to eventually move there. We have spent time in Algarve and fell in love with Prai de Luz which we plan to visit again at the end of October. Although we found most people in the Algarve speak English we understand this is no the case in the rest of Portugal. We are absolute beginners and are more interested in conversation rather than grammer and also written Portugese. I believe we need to dedicate a few hrs a week to learning another language can you please advise. I am looking for a patient teacher who is child friendly and flexible and who is prepared to teach from our home if possible.
