I am currently serving in the Royal Marines within the UK and have been trying to learn Mandarin via CD on and off for the past year, I would like to have a better understanding of the language and culture to help with my future career. I have a period of 7 /8 weeks full time to attend an intense course, My preferred option is to stay, live and learn with a Singapore family in Singapore for this period.

Hello my name is Anthony,
I am very keen to learn Cantonese but have failed to find a teacher in my local area, hence this advertisment.
I am a total beginner with no previous lessons. I have a few Cantonese speaking friends and would like to get to a standard to which i can hold a conversation with them.

I am currently looking for a Finnish tutor, as i have recently relocated to portsmouth from london where i have already completed 2 years of evening classes at Westminster University.
My reason for learning the language is the most common one, which is that my girlfriend is Finnish, but does not have the patience to teach me herself.
