Hello there! I'm from the Philippines and know Tagalog well. I am actually from the Visayas so have additional language to learn if you like. I can help you but I hope you can teach me whatever language you know. I want to master my Spanish, but I also studied french & starting on German. I know Chinese but do poorly. I also studied Japanese. For starters, we can start exchanging in English/Tagalog and Swedish if you like.

Looking to Learn Swedish
Hello everyone -
I am new to the boards here, looking to learn Swedish. English is my native and only language, and I'm looking to broaden myself through language. I'm more than happy to help anyone out with learning English.
I work for a Swedish company (Skanska AB), so I'm hoping that I'll get some real-world experience after meeting someone here to get me started.

A new member from Hong Kong
Hello!Everyone!
I'm a new member from Hong Kong.^^
I've got addicted to Sweden and Swedish music recently.
But it's a great pity that there aren't much Swedish learning sources in Hong Kong.
Hopefully, I can meet a Swedish-speaking people to teach me Swedish from scratch.

YES!! If you teach both English and Swahili, I doubt you will need my help with your English!
I traveled to Kenya several years ago and participated in a missions project providing eyecare to several villages in the Rift Valley. I fell in love with the country, but mostly the people. I am hoping to go back in the summer of 2009. In the meantime, I would like to perfect the limited Swahili I do know. I took a beginning Swahili class at a local jr. college, but since that time, the instructor has passed away and there are no other classes/instructors in my area . . . there's not a big demand for Swahili in California!
I am most anxious to learn and practice the basics. I want to be able to converse with so many of them in home vists and the like. Can anyone help??
