What is a good school to learn Arabic( Modern Standard)?

Can anyone tell me a really good school in the Middle East to learn MSA. I am a student at NYU in New York struggling to find a good language program. I am willing to travel next summer to learn it properly.

Spoken Arabic... did you find anyone?...
Are you in Puerto Rico? I'm looking for someone in Puerto Rico. Supposedly there IS an arabic community here, but I haven't had the pleasure of speaking with anyone from there.
I was in Cairo just last week: I stayed for two months and I have my return ticket for the 21st of August! :)
