Bonjour Laurie,
I too am looking for someone that is not fluent, but a strong desire to learn French. I am taking a class right now and my husband and I were in Paris 18 years ago. I am really struggling along, but determined to return to Paris and be able to speak somewhat fluently.
If you are interested we can try and communicate in Franglish! Je voudrais parler en Francais si possible. . .

Je m'appele Paula. J'ai travailler a Paris pendant dix ans. Je parle le Francais mieux que J'ecrie. J'ai fais les cours a l'institute Francais. Ils ma dit que je suis a niveau C1,C2 mais je pense que j'ai toujours beacoup chose a apprende. Je suis ecossaise et je suis mere de famille.
