Want to learn Thai, can exchange for English and Norwegian

I am from Norway, but my dad is English and I lived 3 years in Australia so I am fluent in both languages.
I am learning Thai, but it is very difficult without help, if someone can help me, I am happy to help you back with either Norwegian, English or both.

Want to practice french - can teach norwegian.
I am a 30 year old man studying french in Massy close to Paris. I am searching someone that I can talk french with and in exchange I can talk/teach norwegian which is my native language.
I can also talk english, but my level in english is not high enough to really teach anyone.
