Would Appreciate Some Help Translating French Song Lyrics Into English :)
There's this song that I'm absolutely in love with by Christine & The Queens called 'Tilted' and, the band being natives from France, there are some beautifully-sung French lyrics. I am interested to know the translation but I can't find it anywhere and, as you know, Google Translate isn't always so accurate when it comes to sentences. If you wouldn't mind, I'd be really grateful to any French speakers who would translate the following for me (many thanks :)):
Nous et la man on est de sortie
Pire qu'une simple moitié on compte à demi-demi
Pile sur un des bas côtés comme des origamis
Le bras tendu paraît cassé tout n'est qu'épis et éclis

Bonjour Lunia!
je suis française et je vis aux Etats-Unis depuis 6 mois. Pour travailler ton français tout en apprenant la culturelle française, tu peux lire (ou regarder les films) de Marcel Pagnol (A la gloire de mon père, par exemple, qui se passe en Provence). Il y a aussi les films de Bourvil et De Funès. Ce sont de vieux films mais ils font partis du patrimoine français! Pour des films plus récents: les films de Luc Besson (Le grand Bleu, Taxi, Léon, Arthur et les minimoys...)
Il y a aussi les conférence Tex qui sont très bien pour travailler une langue.
