reply to crystal from mj h
hi sorry to reply late.
for the food with vegetable and meat, i would like to introduce one simple frying dish. that's round green pepper with beaf.
1. cut the green round pepper(i am not sure how u call it, it is kind of pepper but not spicy.) into small square or long shape.

2. prepare the beaf -small and thin will be better.one-mouth willbe ok. not stake . and use the garlic mesh, , salt, some ingredience £¬ soy sauce if you buy from china town, little flour made from grain to make it softer.
3. boil your pan with butter or vegetable oil , like peanut oil. when it steams, fry your pepper under big fire for 2 mins till it turns to green.
4. put your beaf into the pepper and fry them again. but beaf can't be cooked for long. so one and half min will be ok. keep big fire. then put little sugar.
5. done

KIMCHI RECEIPE?
I'd like to make kimchi. There's a huge Korean market near my house, so please go ahead and tell me those "authentic" ingredients.

I'd like a kimchi receipe for a medium spicy one, but I don't like a strong vinegar?/sour? taste. Some good kimchi I have tasted are spicy, garlic flavor, and "sweet"(the sweetness from the cabbage leaf).

Cheers.
