Hablamos de Ejercicio/Fitness
Hola amigos hispanohablantes! No tengo mucha experiencia de hablar en este tema en español pero quiero mejorarme la habilidad de discutirlo. Como hombre envejeciendo y que me gusta comer la comida rica y tomar cerveza, vino, etcetera, tengo que hacer muchos ejercicios para que no me convierto en panzón ni muero temprano!
Hace casi 15 años que empezé de correr maratónes y desde 10 años antes empezé de entrenar y participar en triatlónes. Prefiero triatlón porque el dolor del cuerpo no está en un solo lugar y a la vez no es importante hacer bien todas las tres partes (natación, andar en bicicleta y correr). A mi parece que es necesario ir al gimnasio tambien para levantar pesas, al menos 2 o 3 veces a la semana. Este me ayuda de no ganar peso.
Por favor me corrigen los errores (disculpeme, no he aprendido todos los acentos del teclado), y continuamos con el discurso. Gracias amigos!
