i've been learning spanish 4 years but i still can't speak it.. =(
hello. my name is Li, i'm a filipino-chinese born in the naval port of subic, philippines.. i am 21 yrs. old. i speak filipino, english and supposedly (after 4 years of self-study) spanish... pero PUedo solo escribir y leer espanol.. estoy muy mal cuando hablo la lengua... eres porque no tengo una amiga que puedo practicarle... Ayudarme por favor...soy frustrada =(

Entiendo como te sientes, es frustrante no poder hablar un idioma como tu quisieras, lo mismo me pasa a mi con el inglés, lo se escribir y puedo mantener una conversación, pero es difícil cuando intentas expresar según que cosas. Yo podría ayudarte con el español si quieres, y enseñarte frases coloquiales y útiles.

puedo ayudarte con el ingles tambien... aqui en mi pais, ingles es muy común... =) hmm... no lo se como utilizar el palabra "sea"... cuando lo encuentro en mi libros de espanol, yo soy confused..

la plabra sea sorresponde a una forma bastante formal del verbo ser... por ejmplo "puede que el sea la persona que estas buscando" "maybe he IS the person you are looking for" otro ejemplo es la palabra latina AMEN se traduce por "asi sea"

¿Cómo estás? ¿Qué pasa? I'm an Aussie male from Sydney, learning Spanish Lvl 3 at college at nights after work. I don't know how your English is, but since you're from Barcelona [the best city in Spain - yeah, I was there in late June '05 on a Contiki trip! -- I luv the city its Futbol team and the Camp Nou and also the amazing Gaudi-building stuff! I'd love to go back and visit Andalucia as well as Madrid, as I've never been to those 2 places! Maybe later this yr or sometime in Summer of the European one, next yr! I want to learn more of the language and b able to speak it better too!! Can u help me? ¡Por favor!....¿Ayudarme?

Oh, I forgot.... U can contact me at my MSN indyvader. Do u peak Catalán as well? It would be nice to learn a bit of that as well. ;-p Just remember about FC Barcelona "MÉS QUE UN CLUB!!" ['05-'06 Champions League Champions and '05 & '06 La Liga champs!!] I'm also an avid fan of AC Milan as well!!
