Black Sesame Ice Cream
Hi

I've recently tried to make black sesame ice-cream. Compared to what I had at a Japanese restaurant last night, it wasn't up to scratch because mine resembled more of a weis bar, solid frozen mixture instead of it being soft and creamy.

Any one have special insight into ice cream making or gelato making? I'm still refining my current black sesame ice cream making but I'm happy to share the receipe. Just pop me an email if you're keen.
