I need a translation (KOREAN)
Hi, I've worked for 2 weeks in a hotel that treated his korean guests like s*** , (I wasn't really working there, I was on a traing period, I was just watching) so I wanted to write online (on a website about hotels) all that happened. I wanted to write it in Korean, but I'm Italian and I can't speak Korean at all...
If someone can help me, here below (in English) there's the text:
We spent our holidays in Italy in the month of March. We stayed in a hotel in a town near Rome. We stayed at the G Hotel in Pomezia. A 4-star hotel. It is a red building, out there is a pool (brown and dirty) and out there wasn't a beutyful see, we could see just a noisy freeway called Pontina.
The day of our arrival (or better: the night) at the check-in we found a boy who didn't speak a good english, we asked for they keys of our 8 double rooms and he gave us 2 keys. What? He said "sorry, we just have 2 available rooms". We wanted to believe it was a joke. But it wasn't. It was late night, we were in the middle of nowhere (Pomezia) so we agreed to stay in those rooms (8 persons per room, we slept in the room with people we didn't know). In the morning we phoned the travel agency, so they could talk to the hotel in italian (the travel agency was italian), and later the travel agency phoned us and told us that the hotel said "we behaved unkindly, so they will not change the accomodation". So we stayed there another day and left. It was a bad experience. We will never go back there.
