A friend gave me this and i want to know what it means
The first part is:

Hai ishq magar ziada itna bhi nahi. can you help me?

the correct line would be:
hai ishq magar itna ziada bhi nahin
it means:
I am in love but not so much.

the word to word translation is:
hai - there is
ishq - love
magar - but
itna ziada bhi - this much
nahin - no
