in Europe the best place for learning surf is Portugal and may be France. I'd like to try it too)))My friends told me that it isn't easy to start!

do you want to learn windsurfing or waveriding?
i have learnd windsurfing 5 years ago and it was really difficult but not impossible ;)
i think every new sport is not easy at the beginning ... i have learnd windsurfing in the neatherlands (8 - 12 °C water-temperature) ... if i had to choose once more i would learn it at a place with warm water (may be 25° C) ... because one swimm very much at the beginning ...
