I offer my Spanish for your Russian
Hello, everybody! My name is Carlos, and I want to talk with you about my last vacation (April). It is the first time I travel to East Europe, then I did chosen Ukraine. This country has a marvelous railway infrastructure, amazing buildings in L'viv and Drohovich; of course in capital city too: Kyiv. Unfortunately, almost nobody liked me to speak in English. In the west part of the country, people speak the Ukrainian language predominantly, but if you speak Russian, they may understand part of what you say; better than trying to speak in English. It's possible to get information on street by just making signals with hands, but it's not worth when dating someone, for example. I want to travel to Russia some day, or even return to Ukraine; but definitelly, learn to speak Russian is advisable. My English is not very good as you can see, it's not my former language, but Spanish. I think a good way to practice a second language is to learn a third one. Do you agree? Regards!
