Salut. First, if there is no subject defined as " je, tu, il, elle, nous, vous, ils, elles" you must put " est ce que " in front of each question. For exemple :

Bonjour, " Est ce que " quelq'un peut m'aider ?

In addition you can see when there is " est ce que " in front of the question you don't have to reverse the verbe with the subject.
