Some slang terms:

Tight: used as; That's tight. Means: That's cool/nice

For real? :used as; You for real? Means: You serious/No joke

Off the hook : used as; That song is off the hook Means: It's cool

Holla at me: used as; When u get a chance, holla at me Means: Call me

No sweat: used as; It was no seat Means: No problem

Digits: used as; can i get your digits means: telephone number

Killer: used as; That skate move was killer Means:unbelievable/good

These are very American, but you could use most of them in a country that speaks British English and be understood. A lot of American slang migrates to Britain through american movies, so people will probably have heared most of these phrases before.

The only ones I had not heared were "Off the hook" to mean "cool" and "Digits". I don't think these would be well understood in Britain or other English-speaking countries.

Would just like to point out that if you use the term "tight" in the north of England, It would mean reluctant to spend money/thrifty (He's too tight to put his hand in his pocket), or unwilling to share (Dont be tight).
