I had this one indian dish before, but don't remember the name to find the recipe.

It was a coconut chicken dish.

hey ashley, I speak Urdu. its one and the same as Hind other then if ones talking about religious stuff. I could help you out with Urdu and I want to practice my English. I dont really know how to cook myself, but my Mom does all the cooking so if you want I could ask her whichever recipe you want to learn. cheerios.

I would love to learn some more indian recipies. I do have some as well and I will be willing to share. I also have some japanese, chinese, mediterranian and american dishes as well. Most of my recipies are vegetarian though.

indian kheer(a traditional sweet dish)
take a cup of par boiled rice & add 500ml of milk.bring them to boil & add 250 grams of jaggery.let the rice cook for 15-20 minutes & add 1 pinch of elaichipowder.finally, serve hot or refrigated for1 hour.
if u r interested , i can send recipes as per your taste.like if u prefer sweets or hot spicy dishes or... you know, stuff like that.
