Hello, it is Sylvia from Shanghai, China. I am here to help expats who live in Shanghai find their language exchange partners. I have a lot of foreign friends who suffered a lot when they first came to Shanghai, I witnessed how they have no where to buy what they need, sometimes even got cheated when they bought something. I have no heart to see this and I want to help them with my effort.
