Hi. I really need to work on how to remember certain phrases and the tenses in Spanish, I cant write for days but my speaking and memory is poor

Hi,do you have any ideas to help me remember tenses in Spanish? I understand them and can use them in sentences and conversations but I often have to look them up or check them before writing something.

Lo ideal es aprenderlo tal y como lo hacemos de pequeños, escuchando, luego hablando y que alguien nos corrija si nos equivocamos..., sin pensar demasiado en el tiempo verbal. No tener miedo de equivocarse, ya que aprendemos más de los errores que de los aciertos.
