Re:i am collenting idioms in english, could you give me one?
Ciao! Some english idioms... er...
- It's raining cats and dogs (raining heavily) - Many hands make light work (lots of people make a job quicker) - The early bird catches the worm (get up early and prosper) - " See you later!" - "Not if I see you first!"
Some of these are the best I can think of for idioms, if I think of some more, I will post them. Hope that little helps.
PS... If you could teach me some general italian slang used between friends etc I would be grateful!

A few sandwichs short of a full lunchbox. 1 beer short of a sixpack. Lights are on but no ones home. Not so bright

Re:i am collenting idioms in english, could you give me one?
I have always been a fan of:
"Whatever floats your boat." "Whatever turns you on." "Whatever flips your lid." "Whatever tickles your pickle."
All of these are usually said in response to hearing what activity someone else enjoys. If the activity is strange, such as my habit of bathing in peanut butter, the saying can be expressed with sarcasm or irony. Sometimes they have a sexual innuendo.
