Martial Arts
Martial Arts anyone? Just wondering if anyone does any wierd and wonderful variation (I was reading about some Brazilian ground fighting or something the other day) or just has anything interesting to say. I've been doing kickboxing for a year now with KFM, the same style of martial arts used in the Batman film that was released not so long ago.

I would like to change opinions about the different martial arts, about the stronger and weaker point of each ones or just talk about figths, like the K1 World Grandprix Vale Tudo, etc, I hope too see a reply soon of anyone who is interested on sharing different points of view."Live is constant personal developing process"

Re:Martial Arts
Hey my name's Eris and I found your topic interesting. I too am into martial arts and have done six months of boxing and a year of Choy Lay Fut Buk Sing Kung Fu so I have a basic understanding of the Brazilian ground fighting known as Jujitsu, though I'm no expert and excuse the spelling if I'm wrong. If you're interested in talking about it or other martial arts I would be more than happy to.

Re:Martial Arts
I'm pretty new to martial arts; I started TKD a few months ago, and I've been boxing for about half a year, informally (heavy bag and speed bag in my home, boxing brothers/friends once in a while). A few months ago I started training using an extended guard and striking with vertical fist (like the bare-knucklers used to do); I haven't sparred using that style yet, but when hitting the heavy bag, my knuckles don't get scraped at all (with horizontal fist they did, after only 5 or 6 minutes).
