Masayuki-san
Konnichiwa.
I would be very happy to exchange cooking recipes from Europe. I live in the UK and cook many international dishes for my family. It would be good to be able to prepare a Japanese dish for them. I could send you recipes for the conventional cooker or microwave or saucepan. Which ever you desire. Please tell me what you would like sweet, savory or hot and spicy.
Kind regards.

Re:Japanese cooking style
I love to cook. I live in the US and I can cook quite a few dishes, especially the ones that we had eaten when we were kids. Some were simple dishes but those can be the best.
