Re:Poolman
Hi ! I'm French and I know ths author and his books. Don't such something called " his dark materials " for example ? I read it and the two others of the trilogy. That's strange you can't find them in Belgium because they are very famous. And very good. Philip Pullman writes well and it's a real pleasure. I hope you'll find it ( I'd be surprise you don't ) and good read !

Re:Poolman
Hi,
I'm Peruvian and I have read the famous Pullman trilogy "His dark Materials". Pullman is a clever atheistic writer and you'll find in these books the kind of arguments - masterfully disguised inside the plot - usually found in discussions between believers and non-believers. Moroever, Pullman seems to have a strong scientific basis because he writes about superstring theory, evolution and other issues normally not so known.
Even when this trilogy is written for teens (as far as I know), I recommend its lecture.
Saludos desde el Peru! (greetings from Peru)
