Western Literature Anyone?
Hello. I'm an English major student in Taiwan. Would like to find someone who likes Western Literature. It's a fascinating subject but it's too broad to be studied alone. I'd love to discuss Greco-Roman mythology or the masterpieces of Shakespear with anyone who has the same interest. Feel free to drop me a line!

Eva, ÄãºÃ£¬
I'm Mark Springer, and I love literature (of any culture, but I have my master's degree in English Literature. I've read lots and lots of Shakespeare (I have to confess, my favorite play is still Hamlet, though I was really impressed with All's Well That Ends Well. I love that Shakespeare takes a traditional theme and turns it upside down to show what a terrible disadvantage women have compared to men.
I'm afraid I don't know nearly as much as I'd like about the Classic Greek/Roman works. Perhaps we can both learn a lot from each other. Please tell us more about works you have enjoyed, or if there's anything we can explain or clarify for you. ×£
