Hello ... There are several mistakes in your message, basic ones. Like: I LIVE is not ich wohnt but ich wohne! (I am not German native, but I cannot believe you speak German fluently making so basic mistakes.) SO keep on learning!!! Sly

Stefani, have you tried the U.S. International keyboard set-up to help you type ä, ö and ü?
I detest using English as a pronunciation guide for other languages. It just does not work well.
Unfortunately the International Phonetic Alphabet is not used as much as it should be.
