That's a good question.
Let me see, a bartender can refuse to serve drinks to someone who is already very drunk.
Some stores and restaurants post signs saying "No shoes, no shirt, no service." So topless and barefoot people would be turned away from those places.
These days, I think that's all. But people in our country have a long history of being much more discriminatory in terms of serving people of other races and nationalities, even up until the civil rights movement in the 60's.
Anyway, I assume that's where the "we don't serve your kind here" line comes from...sometimes you'll hear it in old movies. And I'm sure it still happens in some places here, I just don't see it.
