Title:
Finnish summer
Answer:
Suomen kesä on lyhyt ja vähäluminen

Hints:
1. It's a joke
2. In winter we have lots of snow but in summer...

Explanation:
It is a joke. It means that: Finnish summer is short and there is only a little bit of snow in Finland in summer. vähän = just little bit lumi = snow lyhyt = short kesä = summer

Instead of "Suomen kesä on lyhyt ja vähäluminen", in Estonian we say "Soome suvi on lühike ja vähelumine"

I translated the last part like "and there's a little snow", cause there really isn't a good word for vähäluminen (notmuchsnow-ish, vähän+lumi+nen) in Estonian. ;)
Instead of "Suomen kesä on lyhyt ja vähäluminen", in Estonian we say "Soome suvi on lühike ja lund on vähe."
